What is the warranty on your hospital furniture?+
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products covering manufacturing defects. Motorized beds come with an additional 6-month warranty on electrical components.
Can you customize furniture dimensions to our requirements?+
Yes. We specialize in custom hospital furniture. Share your specifications and we'll manufacture to your exact requirements with no minimum order quantity.
What is the typical delivery timeline?+
Standard products are dispatched within 7-10 working days. Custom orders take 15-20 working days depending on complexity and quantity.
Do you supply pan-India or only Chennai?+
We supply across India. We have delivered to hospitals in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and more.
What materials do you use?+
Our primary material is Stainless Steel 304 for high-contact surfaces. Frame structures use powder-coated mild steel. All materials are hospital-grade and easy to clean.
Do you offer installation services?+
Yes, we offer installation for complex OT equipment and motorized beds in Chennai and nearby districts. For other locations, we provide detailed installation guides.
Are your products ISO certified?+
Yes. Vishal Hospital Furniture Manufacturing Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our products meet BIS and CE marking standards.
What is your minimum order quantity?+
No minimum order quantity. We cater to single-unit orders for small clinics as well as bulk orders for large hospital chains.
Do you have motorized/electric variants?+
Yes. Most of our bed range (ICU, Fowler, Semi-Fowler) is available in manual and motorized variants. Contact us to discuss your requirement.
